Blue Ribbon Combo Lapel Pin

This is a miniature replica of The California Department of Corrections Badge, Patch, Tower, on top of a Blue Ribbon, all wrapped up into one Lapel Pin. 

Sgt Nigh started fighting in 2016 to bring Blue Patches to Law Enforcement. No one had ever attempted this in the past. On October 28, 2020 his dream became a reality. After 4 Wardens in 2019 decided to make them approved wear at their institutions, on October 28, 2020 CDCR APPROVED the Blue Patches for Official wear on all CDCR Uniforms during the month of November, or as we have always referred to it as Movember.
